Shipping

Free Shipping! Spend $195 or more, before taxes and shipping charges, and get your UPS Ground shipping FREE! Your shopping cart will say you are getting charged shipping but we manually subtract the shipping cost when we send it through so your credit card or PayPal account will not be charged the shipping charges. 

*Free shipping only applies to the lower 48 states.

*Metropolitan Vacuums and Accessories & the Aztec Heated Extractor are EXCLUDED from the free shipping offer.

We ship all U.S. orders via UPS using several of their shipping services. Be sure to choose the appropriate shipping method.

All orders within the United States are shipped within 24 hours of checkout Monday through Friday.

All items are in stock unless otherwise noted at checkout.

We ship world wide! 

All International Orders ship out on Saturday and are shipped using the United States Postal Service Global Express Service. NO EXCEPTIONS!

For International Orders please e-mail us at orders@danase.com .   In the e-mail please include your name, shipping address, telephone number, and a list of products and quantities you wish to purchase.  We will reply to your e-mail with a total price.

International Orders must pay via Paypal.  NO EXCEPTIONS!

Return Policy

We guarantee your satisfaction!  We are happy to offer a 30 day hassle-free return policy.
If a product does not satisfy you, simply return the product, postage prepaid, and we'll refund your purchase in full (minus the original shipping charges).

To return an item, email support@danase.com to receive a return authorization.  Products returned without authorization will not be accepted. The cost of the returned items, minus shipping charges, will be promptly credited via the payment method used. Returns will only be accepted within 30 days of purchase.
